Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

• The £47.50pp ticket price includes a welcome glass of prosecco or bottle of beer, arrival canapes, roaming pizzas, and a medium demonstration by Holistic Wellbeing.

• You are not guaranteed a personal message. You may see or hear things which you have not experienced before. If you feel vulnerable at any time during the service, you must speak to a member of staff. All readings are for entertainment purposes only.

• Any additional drink will be charged on the day.

• The experience will take place in our ‘Glasshouse area’ and seats are allocated on a first come first served basis.

• There will be further tables available on a casual basis in our ‘Main Café’ and ‘Terrace’ areas to use pre-show to relax.

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Dogs will not be permitted into Lu’s Place for this experience.

• A discretionary 7.5% service charge will be applied to all food and drink bills on the evening.

• If the experience is cancelled, we will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible (including notifying you of the details of any rescheduling). If the experience is to be rescheduled, you will be offered a booking at the rescheduled experience (subject to availability). If you are not able to attend the rescheduled experience or the experience is not rescheduled, we shall give you a refund of the face value of the booking within 5 working days.

• No own food or drink is to be brought on to the premises.

• Lu’s Place reserves the right to update the ‘Psychic Evening’ experience terms at its discretion.
